1. We are available for any questions to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
2. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Towels are available for an additional fee of €4/person.
3. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key collection from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM)
Check-in time: from 5:00 PM (if there are any guests checking out that day, otherwise they can check in from 11:00 AM). Check-in before 5:00 PM may incur a surcharge.
Check-out time: no later than 11:00 AM.
4. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests are not allowed to leave trash in the apartment.
5. Please respect the community rules and the neighbors.
6. It is necessary to present the guests' identification and sign the contract.
7. The security deposit will be processed by pre-authorization of the card.
8. The tourist tax will be processed and must be paid on the day of check-in.
9. Wi-Fi is optional (€5 per day) and must be reserved in advance, as there are certain devices available.
