Living-Dining Room:Fully air-conditioned space (air conditioning) equipped with a table, chairs, and dining furniture.
Kitchen:Fully equipped with all necessary utensils, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, and toaster, along with complete cutlery and tableware.
Communal Areas:The Promar complex features a pleasant private communal garden with a swimming pool and wooden benches, ideal for unwinding under the sun.

La Pineda is a quiet and modern coastal town on the Costa Daurada, located in the municipality of Vila-seca (between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively Salou), perfect for families with children.

Customer Service:We are fully available for any inquiries to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
Pets:Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Sheets and Towels:The apartment includes bed sheets and towelsfor your convenience.
Wi-Fi Connection:Optional service (€5/day) subject to terminal availability.
Check-in Hours:
Check-in is available from Monday to Sunday with key delivery (express check-in) from 16:00 to 20:00. In case of arrival outside these hours, keys will be collected from a key lockbox with a code at our office in Salou.
Official check-in time is from 16:30 onwards (if another guest checks out that day). In case the apartment is vacant, you can check in from 11:00, depending on availability.
Check-out Hours:No later than 11:00.
Maintenance and Cleaning:Upon check-out, guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it, with all kitchen items clean and in their place. Guests must take out the garbage (it cannot be left in the apartment).
Community Rules:Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
Documentation:It is mandatory to present identity documents for all guests and sign the rental contract.
Deposit and Taxes:The security deposit will be managed by Apartbeachvia card authorization. The tourist tax (€1 per person per night, only the first 7 nights are charged) will also be managed by Apartbeachand must be paid on the day of arrival.
