Check-in Hours:
Check-in is available from Monday to Sunday with key delivery (express check-in) from 16:00 to 20:00.
Official check-in time is from 16:30 onwards (if another guest checks out that day). In case the apartment is vacant, you can check in from 11:00, depending on availability.
Check-out Hours:No later than 11:00.
Maintenance and Cleaning:Upon check-out, guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment in the same condition as it was found. The kitchen must be left tidy with everything in its place, dishes perfectly washed, and guests must take out the garbage (it CANNOT be leftin the apartment).
Community Rules:Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
Documentation:It is mandatory to present identity documents for all guests and sign the rental contract.
Deposit and Taxes:The security deposit will be managed by Apartbeachvia card authorization. The tourist tax (€1 per person, per night for adults, only the first 7 nights are charged) will also be managed by Apartbeachand must be paid on the day of arrival.
