To ensure a pleasant stay, please take note of the following conditions:
Customer Service: We are fully available to answer any questions and ensure you have a pleasant stay.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Bed Linen and Towels: Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
Wi-Fi and parking are included free of charge throughout your stay.
Check-in Times:
Check-in is available Monday through Sunday, with key handover (express check-in) between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Outside of these hours, keys can be collected from a coded lockbox at our office (advance notice required).
Official check-in time is from 4:30 PM (if another guest is checking out that day). If the apartment is vacant, you may check in as early as 11:00 AM, subject to availability.
Check-out Time: No later than 11:00 AM. Maintenance and cleaning: Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy, and guests must take out the trash (it must NOT be left in the apartment).
House rules: Please respect community regulations and neighbors.
Documentation: It is mandatory to present identification documents for all guests and sign the rental agreement.
Security deposit and fees: The security deposit will be handled by Apartbeach via a credit card pre-authorization. The tourist tax will also be managed by Apartbeach and is payable upon arrival.
