Official check-in time is from 16:00 onwards (if another guest checks out that day). In case the apartment is vacant, you can check in from 11:00, depending on availability. Checking in before 17:00 may incur a surcharge.
Check-out Hours:No later than 11:00.
Maintenance and Cleaning:Guests are kindly requested to leave the penthouse in the same condition as it was found. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy, and guests must take out the garbage bags (they CANNOT be leftin the apartment).

Documentation:It is mandatory to present identity documents for all guests and sign the rental contract.
