Check-in Hours:
Check-in is available from Monday to Sunday with key delivery (express check-in) from 16:00 to 20:00. Arriving later? Let us know and we will leave your keys in a key lockbox with a code at our office.
Official check-in time is from 16:00 onwards. In case the apartment is vacant, you can check in from 11:00 onwards, depending on availability.
Check-out Hours:The apartment must be vacated before 11:00.
Maintenance and Cleaning:Guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment in the same condition as it was found. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy, and guests are responsible for taking out the garbage before departure (it CANNOT be leftin the apartment).
Community Rules:Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
Documentation & Taxes:It is mandatory to present an identity document for each traveler, sign the rental contract, and pay the local tourist tax on the day of arrival.
