🔑 Check-in:Monday to Sunday. Express check-in and key collection is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arriving later? No worries! Let us know and we will place your keys in a secure key box with a code at our office.
🚪 Check-out:The apartment must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM.
🧹 Property Care:We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in the same condition you found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy, and guests are responsible for taking out their own trash before departure.
👥 Community:Please respect the community rules and the peace and quiet of the neighbors.
📝 Legal Requirements:It is mandatory to present ID/passports for all guests, sign the rental contract, and pay the local tourist tax on the day of arrival.
