A bus stop and taxi stand are located just 100 meters from the complex, allowing you to get around without needing a car. The main nightlife bars and clubs are 800 meters away.
Group Restrictions:As it is a very quiet residential building, and to respect the neighbors' rest, groups of friends/young people are not accepted.
Leisure & Attractions:PortAventura Worldtheme park and its Golf course are 3 km away (a 10-minute drive). The Aquopolis Costa Doradawater park is also located just 3 km away (2 km according to some descriptions). Salou train station is at a distance of 2 km.

Pets:Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Sheets and Towels:The apartment includes bed sheets and towelsfor your convenience.
Wi-Fi Connection:Optional service (€5/day) subject to terminal availability.
Check-in Hours:
Check-in is available from Monday to Sunday with key delivery (express check-in) from 16:00 to 20:00.
Official check-in time is from 16:30 onwards (if another guest checks out that day). In case the apartment is vacant, you can check in from 11:00, depending on availability.
Check-out Hours:No later than 11:00.
Maintenance and Cleaning:Guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment in the same condition of order and cleanliness as it was found. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy, and guests must take out the garbage (it CANNOT be leftin the apartment).
Community Rules:Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.
Documentation:It is mandatory to present identity documents for all guests and sign the rental contract.
Deposit and Taxes:The security deposit will be managed by Apartbeachvia card authorization. The tourist tax (€1 per person per day, maximum of 7 days, applicable to adults) will also be managed by Apartbeachand must be paid on the day of arrival.
