🔑 Check-in: 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM (Arrivals after 8:00 PM with prior notice: collection from a security box with code).

🛏️ Included: Clean sheets and towels for your comfort.
🧼 Maintenance: Upon departure, please leave the apartment and kitchen clean and tidy, and take out the trash 🗑️.
🤫 Community Relations: Please respect the community rules and the neighbors' peace and quiet.
📑 Procedures: Guest ID registration, contract signing, security deposit payment by card (refunded after cleaning inspection), and payment of the tourist tax upon arrival 💳.
