📋 House Rules & Practical Information
To guarantee a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following guidelines:
🐾 Pets:Pets are not allowed.
🛏️ Linens & Towels:For your comfort, bed sheets and towels are fully provided.
🔑 Arrival (Check-in):From Monday to Sunday. Key handover (express check-in) takes place from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arriving later? Don't worry! Just let us know and we will leave your keys in a secure code lockbox at our office.
🚪 Departure (Check-out):The apartment must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest.
🧹 Property maintenance:We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in the same condition you found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy, and guests are responsible for throwing away their garbage before departure.
👥 Community living:Thank you for respecting the community rules and the peace of the neighbors.
📝 Administrative formalities:It is mandatory to present an ID card or passport for each traveler, sign the rental contract, and pay the local tourist tax on the day of arrival.
💳 Deposit:It will be managed by Apartbeachvia a pre-authorization on your bank card.
