Check-in Hours:
Check-in is available from Monday to Sunday with key delivery (express check-in) from 16:00 to 20:00.
Official check-in time is from 16:30 onwards. In case the house is vacant earlier, you can check in from 11:00 onwards, depending on agency availability.
Check-out Hours:The house must be vacated before 11:00.
Maintenance and Cleaning:Guests are kindly requested to leave the house in the same condition as it was found. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy, and guests are responsible for taking out the garbage before departure (it CANNOT be lefton the property).

Documentation:It is mandatory to present identity documents for all guests and sign the rental contract.
